The Ninth Edition of the European Blues Challenge will take place at the Coliseu Micaelense of Ponta Delgada – S. Miguel – Azores (Portugal), on April 4th, 5th and 6th – 2019 . Tickets for this European event are available at:

The Spanish selection process will be done with the support of 40 members of the Spanish EXPERT COUNCIL (which include directors of the Spanish blues festivals, presidents of blues associations in Spain, blues media, and also, some of the most representative blues artists in the country) and under the supervision of Barcelona Blues Society, which is a member of the European Blues Union.
The bands or solo/duos wishing to be candidates to participate at the EBC2019 to represent Spain must read carefully the SPANISH CHALLENGE RULES, follow the protocol described in them and submit their purposal. The registration deadline will be between September 3 and October 12, 2018.
