The enrollment period for participation in the European Blues Challenge, that will be held in the Latvian city of Riga in 2014, is open until October 20. From that date the jury deliberation period will be open. In our country, the jury is composed of forty persons linked to the blues that will conduct the appropriate feedback that will lead to the choice of representative by Spanish group.
