Last saturday 27/4 we get the opportunity to enjoy 2 acts inside activities programmed for Primavera in Black festival
Fisrt, the inauguration of the exposition “The Blues, painted in black” from Joan LLavero, presented by Jordi Prat, vicepresident of Societat de Blues de Barcelona. This exposition shows many prominent artits from blues scene, drawn exclusively in black and white.
Next, we enjoyed the conference “Elvis blues” presented by Jordi Prat, vicepresident of Societat de Blues de Barcelona, Joaquin Luque, president of Elvis Club, and Javier Valenzuela, member and editor of Elvis Club. All the conference was around fist years of Elvis, his musical influences, and how we can conclude that Elvis Presley, before being “Elvis”, was fully influenced by Blues, he never stopped loving, and was always present along his life. Undoubtely, another point of view about this great artist.
