On Saturday June 27, at 20h, will start the big Anniversary Party of the SBB, which this year celebrates its 10 years of existence, promoting concerts and divulging the blues.
The location of it will be at the Collblanc Cultural Center – La Torrassa, which have offered much of the activities of the past years and which will host the photographic exhibitions by Joan Josep Gómez and Agustin Bertol, expert photographers who have witnessed with images all the meetings with the blues that have occurred since the SBB was established. We will also have a documentary exhibition about the evolution of the SBB, that will be enjoyed before entering at the concert hall.
The evening will begin with the charismatic winners of the fifth edition of the European Blues Challenge, the Travellin ‘Brothers, who were chosen by the selection process coordinated by SBB and than has the support by 40 blues experts from all around Spain. We will be very happy to meet and enjoy them! Party time is guaranteed! Note that this band also represented the Association of Blues Friends from Hondarribia and were finalists at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis. Congratulations for their many successes we will share and celebrate together in a few days!
The finale will be in charge of the Barcelona Blues Society and Friends, a band that will play until midnight. After, the party will continue with a DJ that will play blues of course!
We must also say that during the 10th Anniversary SBB Party there will be a lottery to give some gifts to the members of the SBB who attend the party. One of the gifts are some harmonicas provided by La Clau de Sol.
